Jay
is a professional with 23 years in business - 10 of those years as a
professional business skills trainer and training manager. In addition,
Jay has experience in two branches of the US military, and holds a BS
degree in business with high honors.
Jay is principal
of Critical Skills Training, which provides Teamwork, Management and
Leadership training to business organizations to the next level. He
travels nationally to facilitate highly effective management and team
development workshops to clients various private and public sectors.
In addition, as
principal of BeliefWork, Jay facilitates personal growth workshops focused
on working with personal beliefs regarding success, relationships, and
purpose to provide a richer, fuller life experience.
Jay is the father
of three teenage daughters, a native of North Andover, MA living in
Methuen, MA with his wife Kerin, a self-employed portrait artist and
editor.

Williams

Ginny
Williams is a business and life coach. She has over 20 years of corporate
experience in team dynamics, training, organizational development and
project management. Ginny is a member of the International Coach Federation
(ICF), a charter member of Coachville and a member of the Merrimack
Valley chapter of Business Network International (BNI). She received
her B.A. in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster College and
her coach training from Coach U, the worldwide leader in personal and
business coach training.
